Description
Dorsal margin long, hinge depressed (dorsum epicline); outline of free margin asymmetrical, posterodorsal angle acute; nonsulcate; lateral prominence (bulb or spine) generally present, tending to be broken at base leaving characteristic crater-like depression; no adventral structure. Dimorphism not observed.
