Description
Elongate subquadrate, anterior end more rounded than posterior; LV strongly overlapping RV, especially along venter; surface reticulate to spinose. Hinge resembling that of Cythere. [Topotype specimens examined by SYLVESTERBRADLEY have muscle scars suggestive of Cypridacea.]
