Description
Elongate, oblong or ovate, RV much larger than LV. Hinge formed by simple RV overlap, muscle scar comprising about a dozen elongate, radially arranged spots anterior to middle; calcified inner lamellae lacking (Brady & Norman, 1889). [Fresh- or brackish-water.]
